What this site collects
This site does not run advertising trackers, session replay, or cross-site tracking scripts. It does not currently run any analytics. If analytics are added in the future, they will be privacy-conscious (no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers) and this policy will be updated first.
Contact form
The contact form on this site does not submit to a server operated by Black Swan Group LLC. Submitting it opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to hello@blackswan.dev; nothing is transmitted until you choose to send that email yourself, at which point ordinary email-provider handling applies. Information you send by email is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Logs and hosting
This site is served as static files through a content delivery network. The hosting and CDN provider records ordinary connection-level logs (such as request URL, timestamp, response status, and IP address) for operating and securing the service — the same baseline logging any web host performs. Black Swan Group LLC does not layer additional tracking, analytics, or profiling on top of that.
Cookies
This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Any cookies introduced for essential site functionality in the future will be documented here.
Retention
Email correspondence sent to hello@blackswan.dev is retained only as long as needed to respond to and, where relevant, keep a record of the inquiry. Connection-level hosting logs (see "Logs and hosting" above) are retained according to the hosting provider's standard operational schedule, not indefinitely.
